    People. Please. O'Reilly is in on the joke. He's trying not to laugh. Stephen said in an interview that they agreed to be on each other's shows. Stephen went on and was in full character and they both discussed it ahead of time. He also said Bill gave him advice at that time, about how to do his show. I'm not a huge O'Reilly fan but he's not an idiot. He knows Stephen is intentionally mocking him.
