@86random you're an idiot and have no idea what you're talking about.

@apurvasolanki72 - haha talk about Major Pressure change! His blood must be bubbling with bubbles.

Deep dark water scares the beejeszus out of me.

@Stigmatainmypants >> It made back the budget, but it just wasn't the big hit that ALIENS had been.

Its interesting, he jumps from a cliff .....takes him 30 minutes just to get down and lands exactly at the spot where the bomb is.
-
does any one know how deep he went?

@PirateOfLoserville MY COMMENT WAS TO SOMEONE SAYING IT IS POSSIBLE TO BREATH WATER LIKE IN THE FILM
-
@lionOFjudah33 that is a very smart theory there, i'm impressed!
they are showing this movie on HBO right now, and even though I have seen it before I was annoyed because the version they are showing has the tusami end of the world scene deleted at the end lol

@YvonneL4u Have seen both version many time, but what else have been shorted down, maybe you know that. I've tried to figure that out myself, becouse it's a big difference in length so my question is what more. However this is the theatrical version and have both scenes.

no, deco is not necessary. He breathes liquid, not air.
It is really possible, they tested this with rats. I don´t know if you know the film...In the film scene it´s a real rat and it really breathes liquid.

Breathing oxygen-rich liquid such as (perfluorocarbon) is proposed for use in deep diving and space travel. In diving the pressure inside the lungs must effectively equal the pressure outside the body, otherwise the lungs collapse. Since external and internal pressures must be equal, the required gas pressure increases with depth to match the increased external water pressure. in plain english it littery mean that you would implode.

@PirateOfLoserville YOUR LUNGS WILL NOT LET LUQUID INTO THEM EVEN IF YOU DROWN

@86random This is in the movie mate. She let her self drown vs freezing to death. She do this because, like u said no liquid will enter her lungs, and the cold water make her body go into a resting state but wouldn't stop completely, almost like preserving.
