  • It will tend to start discolouring after a few hours. I've heard putting the stone into the guac can help to prevent this

  • A hamburger with a scoop of your guacamole, would be a better hamburger.

  • @TheKenAlanShow Well said mate!

  • Awesome. Another one similar to mine but we all make similar stuff. You put more stuff in though. I use lemon juice instead of lime juice & not salt or pepper. Mine would be a bit bland compared to yours but i find with mine the lemon juice gives it a kick.

  • @SimpleCookingChannel Cheers mate, have never made it with lemon juice, I reckon I'd like it though so I'll give it a go soon.

  • OH MY GOD!!! From the second I heard you say "G'day" I've fallen in love!!!

  • This sucks

  • bro ya sound auzzie, but a true auzzie would use doritos

  • @zaqxaq we do as well in Denmark its just with a k instead of a c

  • @MegaMat84 They are, but in Europe we usually call it coriander. Think he said it to avoid confusion ^^

  • very very nice, but I would have used fresh jalapenos leaving all the seeds in them!!

  • Dynamite recipe! Thanks! Tried it earlier this week but the avacados weren't ripe so it wasn't great. Tried it again tonight and it was PERFECT! Thanks! Best guacamole I've had since I was in Mexico! Gonna try your salsa now with my remaining half-onion and half-lime!

  • think ill try this

  • I have OnePotChef's cookbook, when can I expect AussieGriller's? :-D

  • Nice guac. I would sub margarita salt for table salt. I was told the acid from the lime is what keeps it from browning, I've never heard of stone being a preservative [and I've lived at the border of Tijuana for most of my life]. I believe you can extend the life of your guac with nitrates, but I've found they make the guac taste foul. I just prepare it moments before eating. No worries about browning there!
