The Moves :
MAN-SPIN ( or Man Breakthrough )
Catch RIGHT & RETURN lady ( anti-clockwise )
SWAY
Pull lady to your Right hand side.
Lead her to step back & forwards 3 times. ( step back on your left leg )
on 3 rd repeat push the lady forwards
WASHING MACHINE
both your hands are crossed at the start of this move. Turn lady ANTI-CLOCKWISE then turn yourself clockwise, turn lady ANTI-CLOCKWISE once more & go into...
CLEAVER
The lady is to your LEFT
Slide down the ladies right arm to catch with your own left hand.
Repeat

Oh Lord, it's Nick again! Better not say anything more on that subject. Terrific clip, though, and I always like Sandra's approach. I have nothing but problems with my washing machine, so I think I'll give that move a miss.
