Keep your leg more inwards because when who t-push from post to post even though the leg that drags is only for a second, that will be the second when the puck is in the back of the net but both of you I can see are really strong goalies just watch that dragging leg :)
@sweatyballs its a habbit. we all do it once and a while. you just have to make sure you dont drag that trailing skate, and you will get a nice clean push
Those are horrible movements by the goalie in white pads he does drag a lot and hes always looking at his feat as well as taking small studder steps when coming off his post
tip: your head turns first before you T Push.

keep in mind they are on the dry ice which is a lot harder to move on than real ice..

why does the goalie on the left drag is pad so much..it would slow him down..not by much but why not be faster
