I dont think any incoming president will proceed in charges against outgoing presidents, because if there is an unspoken agreement then the next incoming president wont press charges against you when your outgoing.

So what we should do is kidnap people, some innocent, some guilty, torture them and not release them because they were tortured? That is a twisted sense of justice. Torture someone til they hate us then use that as the excuse for detaining them.

Olbermann is a shill for the zionist controlled media. He denounced FISA, but then later when Obama supported it after promising he would fight it, Olbermann suddenly had nothing bad to say about FISA or Obama's broken campaign promise.
