bro. regarding the small statue you compared to a crucified statue. It's called the martyr's statue and it's left not repaired from all the bullet holes on purpose as a testament to the civil war, to remind the people of what they did to their city and to always point out why they should never go back to the suicidal state they brought upon themselves in the 70s and 80s
