  • The only useful stuff i have with Calcium carbide is making Silver and copper acetylide, the sensitive stuff.

  • i was in fact thinking about caesium. But Cs it MUCH MUCH MUCH too expensive for just one BLUBB BLUBB BAM.... the brainiac video is a TOTAL fake. Also i would rather add it to my element collection because i still need some.

  • Make copper acetylene

  • that´s basically why i called it dangerous... if it wasn´t radioactive, i´d surely make a video about it as soon as i get some :P ... well... after i added some of it to my element collection ;-)

  • It's also important to note that radium is radioactive. The most reactive not radioactive alkaline earth metal is barium (some period as ceasium)

  • Cesium is too expensive, for experiments you should only buy a gram, but for a collection, get a 50g Cesium with the highest purity as possible.

  • well, as radium is an alkaline earth, it reacts very violently with water. I think it´s gonna be extremely cool to make a radium-video, but it would also be very stupid and dangerous.

  • haha, radium xD

  • dude.. (: i see you tried alkali metals? (; try searching ''CESIUM'' (:<
