ASUS G73 Microstuttering issue in Fallout 3

Example of microstuttering issue im having with fallout 3 on my G73 have tried almost everything i can to try and fix it but nothing has worked thus far. I get usually a solid 60fps in this game at maximum settings so i should not be getting this stuttering. I'm using the 10.6 drivers at the time of recording and at stock clock speeds 700/1000

Just use Fallout Stutter Remover or Fallout Script Extender

Microstutter appear ONLY with Dual GPU's. Before using some words, you should look them up

I have the same laptop and I think I had the same problem :) I resolve this by puting the old driver which is on the Asus CD. Sorry for my english :S give me an answer.

I think thats drivers. If you have secondary hdd , why not to instal another version of windows , totaly update it an try again... Or could by just bios, easily updatabel.
