You are right, and Adult and child's foster care program provides and increased level of in home support and counseling to their foster children and the foster parents.  We strongly believe placing a foster child in a foster home is often traumatic for the child and the family. Every foster child deserves the support, empathy, and encouragement of our specially trained foster care staff.
