So much mold, mildew and water stains in the before pics. Ty Pennington would have torn that house down and built from scratch

well this flip was an honest flip, they did a good job cuz they gutted out everything.
Most flippers just cover up the damages with new drywall and move on to the next flip.

Sorry Gary no ethics have ever been involved with any of those three you mentioned, so the idea that recently those"ethics" just disappeared is incorrect. FICO being able to convince the lending industry that their scoring system would streamline lending and provide safeguards was a total sham, but of course the so called jokes"experts" have never even mentioned Fair Issacs scam, trust me I am the one that knows better than those jokes"experts", I scammed many deals with FICO scores over 620.

Flippers are not the enemy. They are investors and renovators. The prices just happened to be appreciating alot. That was due to a bubble caused by un-ethical mortgage lenders, congress and white house.

Thats a really awesom video! Keep making more!

the only thing I am going to flip in this market is my middle finger at anybody that tells me "WHAT A DEAL THEY HAVE"!

wrong a fool is one who bought in the past 7 years, they only care about money, their souls are so fucked up that hope for this country lasting into the year 2200 is a fucking pipedream

yeah and you probably believe in the fictional god, you are an ass

It's too bad the "finished product" clips repeat over and over. Also, the front of the house leaves much to be desired, not much of a first impression. Add a few plants.

Since we had this house sold before it was finished, we asked the buyers what they wanted, they didn't want any plants and very limited landscaping.

Appreciating market has nearly NOTHING to do with Flipping Homes. You buy, fix, sell all within about 2 month perioid.. there is generally NO CHANGE in market in that time. In this video however, I would prob. assume they went WAYYYYY over board and didnt make a cent or lost money.

You would be WAY wrong on us losing money or not making a cent. If you buy right it doesn't matter how much "over board" you go. We were within budget on this project.
