i think i'm gonna do what he did with his stance. his hands were lowered and i think that helps his launch position. my stance is similar to what his was, and i'm thinking of lowering my hands

keeping the hands up high is good, it helps you hit the top half of the ball, that pitch he hit would have been popped up or hit to first but since his hands were up high he was able to come down on the ball and make the defender make a play. think about it, it's a lot easier to adjust and swing down on a fastball then try and hit a high fastball swinging upward.

Yeah you're right, I altered to lowering my hands and I was rolling over on pitches I should've been exploding on. Hands up high helps a lot.
