Author of 'The Big Glow', Personal Life Coach, Spiritual and Meditation Teacher, Comedian, Musician, Healer and Poet,
At the age of 20 years old, Brian was suddenly struck by a mysterious, debilitating illness, later labeled chronic fatigue syndrome, that lasted for years, leaving him in intense, daily, physical pain and too weak to effectively function in society. When no medical or other authority figure could explain the suffering that was happening to him, Brian made it his life commitment to inquire into human suffering.
The Big Glow is a poetic metaphor for that which is always inside us...Our spiritual essence which can never truly be put into words.. But is discovered when we stop looking for fulfillment outside of ourselves. http://brianpiergrossi.com/
Great vid
I have taught meditation to the point of realizing that sometimes, when I bring people into the now, they cry. They are ver...y, very sad. The mind tries to escape because often times, reality is unpleasant. The question for me here is how do we help these people MORE? The power of the now is real and true, but how do to communicate that message more effectively to all? How do we really invigorate someone who is being beat down by life which is beautiful and cruel all at the same time?
