  • to open up the tuck do you just lift your butt/hips higher in the air or try straightening the legs ?

  • @MutenKami You want to straighten out the legs. Try to keep your hips on the same level.

  • I am at that point in my own training I have 1 question for you is it wise to do a push up In that position say 5 push up or should I wait till the Planche - half then start doing the push up ??? what point is it good to start doing a push up

  • that 1st exercise is a big jump

  • if it went to easy so :)

  • isn't it necessary to stay horizontal?
