Good video, as a business owner myself the only customers I ever lose money on are black customers...it's no lie ASK ME ANYTHING!!! 9/10 of black customers I have I lose money on them simply because they like to fabricate BS and stories so they don't have to pay for anything in life. I'm not surprise though I just accept that as their common nature and ways.

There is more basis for requiring follow-up on complaints made to police departments and government agencies than private businesses. Private businesses are competitive enterprises; so the complaints are usually baseless. (If the complaint was valid, there would be an opportunity for a new entrant to exploit the service deficiency. No new entrants means people are getting what they are paying for.) No one can open a better police dep't or license bureau etc.
