Here's the problem with this video not all of these buildings shown here are NYC projects - many of them are middle income co op apartments - like Co op City, Franklin Plaza, The Esplanade Gardens , Luna Park - etc. These are not projects but owner occupied Co ops.

im from LA and its atonishing to see how many housing projects NY has and how many units there are. i hear some have as many as 21 floors. after seeing this shouldn't no one in california complain about living in the projects until they see this. they living in luxury compare to ny and chicago and the rent is wayyyyy cheaper with more ammenties
