Given the scenarios, yes. Imagine the U.S. not getting involved in WWII. It's great that we did, for the sake of the greater good. There is no greater good in typical low-class ghetto violence. Bar fights and sporting event fights are no better; but they're also less frequent.

The poorest white neighborhoods still don't have anywhere near as much violence as your typical black ghetto, in terms of both frequency and scale.

So you are implying that two females 'chimping out' in public is worse than other behaviors AND much more disgusting than killing millions of each other (in secret/private? LOL!), correct? If so, then on a much smaller scale, you must have never witnessed the inside of a bar patronized or a football and/or soccer game patronized by certain people - to name just a few. Just because we are 'shown' some behaving badly does not mean that the rest do not indulge in the same behavior.
