Greensburg, Westmoreland County is undergoing a burst of renewed vitality thanks in large part to the arts-related development projects initiated by Seton Hill University. A number of abandoned or underused structures have been redeveloped into arts and cultural destinations, including a brand new performing arts center built in the heart of downtown Greensburg. The result is the emergence of a true college town environment -- attracting typical college town shops and restaurants at a consistent pace. JoAnne Boyle, president of the university, joins Bill to discuss these impressive developments in Greensburg and how planning and partnerships -- across public and private sectors -- was key to many of these recent successes.
