well compared to a lot of them i know very little! oh and if your thinking about starting up a permanent layout i have a tip for you. the tip is NEVER NAIL TRACK DOWN BEFORE YOU BALLEST! i had to reballest 30' of track because i did that.

a lot, my layout is a 5' by 7' and now i have a 3' by 8' exention on it. its large but the length of my mainline run is only like 24'. i know some stuff but Im still learning!

me to, but ive only got 6 years experiance, what i already have, and the $10 i get paid every week, its hard to maintain the hobby. plus because of recent purcheses, im about $60 in the hole. i need a better way to make money but im to young to get a job.
