  • @Teichirisi In Italian, yes, but "macaroni" is the Americanized form of the word. It's like the word "bravo." The Italians change it according to the gender of the subject as well as whether or not they are addressing more than one person. English doesn't work that way, though, so we just stick with "bravo," and sometimes throw in a "brava."

  • I just finished making fun of this one. The fact that he did not mix the macaroni and cheese sauce together shows, to me, that he is a fake. By pouring the cheese on top pf the macaroni and does not stop to ensure that the sauce and macaroni is evenly coated means at the end of all this you will have the possibility of white pasta with no sauce and that ruins the dish. Every pice of pasta should be coated! Horrible method, good roux however!
