FINALLY figured out who this is supposed to be:

Her name was Mildred Gillars, aka Axis Sally or the Bitch of Berlin.

This is a pretty accurate impression of how her broadcast went: playing American music and saying it's the last they'll hear, and talking about the soldier's mothers, wives, and sweethearts.

This is a pretty damn good commercial for its dark tone and scary accuracy.
