Oliver Dragojević and Tina Erceg promote organic farming at Dalmatian Eco-Fest

Under the motto "Healthy and merry may you be, by eating and drinking organically" (Zdravi i veseli bili, ekološku hranu jeli i pili), organic farmers from Dalmatia and other parts of the country exhibited their products during the first fair of organic food and agriculture, "Dalmatian Eco-fest," on the Split Riva on 10 June 2011. The fair was organized by the COAST project of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in collaboration with the Association of Dalmatian organic producers DALMACIJA EKO.
Singer Oliver Dragojević, UNDP Goodwill Ambassador for the Dalmatian coast and a symbol of the Dalmatian region, joined organic producers behind the stands to promote to visitors the importance of eating organic and locally-grown food.
