  • A happy day. Donald Waddell has left his job at Sears. Now customer service has improved 200%. You can enjoy shopping again. Thanks to the many people who didn't go during his hours. That made things so bad for him last year he gave his notice for the New Year.

    All is right in the world....

    Well said! i worked at Wards back in the day and some of these customers think they know everything, and because you work there they think your beneath them. Whats that old saying? "the customer is always right" NAH! The CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS A ASSHOLE

  • I worked at sears for four years just recently got enough and quit...but honestly that associate could of done better by agreeing to disagree with the customer. He should of said oh please accept my apology sir and smoothed it over, even if he had to call a MOD.

  • hey just for the record,last time i went in a sears was in 1987 because of the rude treatment i got when i was paying on my account,which i canceled and paid it off and even cut up the credit card, i too work in a store and we are not allowed to be rude to customers, i would not go in a sears even if they told me i had a free tv or something there, no thanks sears you suck,

  • so "can i help you?" is great, but saying "do you need any help" is bad? while the employee may be a bad employee, the customer is also an ahole.

  • The Sears rep in this video is Donald Waddell. He works at Sears part time Mon, Wed, and Fri 10am-2pm. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! He does very little, hates customers (unless you are buying a bed or vacuum...he only gets commission), texts on his phone, and never stays in his dept. He doesn't know his products and is VERY LAZY. He is on Facebook so send him a message about his poor service. And since hes on commission, just stay away from him so he gets nothing on his paycheck...just misery..
