The US has known there is oil in Haiti since the 70s. There are at least 7 of them that are designated Strategic US oil reserves. Theres more oil in Haiti than there is in Venezuala. Which is the 20th largest exporter in the world. Haiti couldve become a very rich country and lifted itself from poverty if it was allowed to. The US is why Haiti is so poor. As well as the UN, IMF and the dictators that our govt helped rob their own people. More lies on top of lies.

Look at what the U.S. are trying to do to Cuba. Cuba has started exploring for oil in the waters northwest of the island. The U.S. are kicking up a fuss claiming it would be an environmental catastrophe. LOL How many U.S.-owned oil platforms are there in the Gulf right now? Oh! when you look at the misery of this people, and we know that these people could live in dignity, but the super powers will do anything to prevent these people to operate its own wealth as all countries. This is outrageous! There is no greater crime than this, there is no greater injustice than that. Everywhere we humiliate this people, have fun in the media to say the poorest country of America, while the great powers do everything to keep it in black poverty.

And the FRENCH! Theirs is the worst of all, demanding reparations be paid to them because the Haitians fought back against them. Making Haiti repay them for the loss of their slave trade! To me thats the most disgusting crime against them. Its like they made the whole country pay for their own freedom...

@coronaboy10 and it's the Haitians themselves who are so eager to defend America saying "Oh America have helped us and done this and that" when they're just blinded by their lies. If i propose to my parents, whom are Haitians, the possibility of America not being as innocent as they appear to be they'd start ganging up and me and calling me crazy. If only we would open our eyes and stop letting other countries take advantage of us.
