@gatekeeper501 - Switzerland requires each citizen to keep his military issued rifle in his home during and after service. Every man in Switzerland has a fully automatic assault rifle in their home at all times.

@diah4 actually, if you shot the person after they shot one of your family members, instead of ducking under the table while they shoot three more of your family members and a small child.. then this IS stopping violence.
Gun law works as well as the drug war, both are HUGE failures.
