@hawkeye7O1 there are a few maps used here. The first was a ramdom seed so I have no idea on that and the second was using an old map from Alpha 1.3 so yah... have a look at my world seed video for some good 1.8 seeds.

not to be a pane but i have seen the textures for enviroment, that is lb photorelism(excuse my spelling) or misa relism pack. the water on the other hand is not something i have seen before/. he could of made the water texture it sence texture packs are so easy to edit. if you did good job.

@deserttiger01 The water is a mod which replaces the water texture with a shader which uses the players location to produce a realistic reflected image within the water.
