I believe nearly every ride showcased in this video is now defunct. "Kongfrontation" is done, "Back To The Future" is now the Simpsons, "Earthquake" is some dumb shit--and of course, the Home Video Adventure itself has been assimilated.
Going into this attraction, I thought it was going to be the raddest thing ever. Getting to play on a blue screen was (and still is) a daily fantasy of mine. While the attraction itself was seriously lacking in badassery, this video remains with us as both an artifact of the 1990s and as a record of how sweet Universal Studios was.
At least they still have JAWS and Terminator 3-D.

well technically "earthquake:the big one" is'nt really replaced. its practically the same ride...and it is, they added that whole story thing because alot of people did'nt know the orgins of earthquake: the big one" so they said why dont they back the ride up with a story. so dont say entirly that "earthquake:the big one" is gone
