LOL, there goes 20% of their annual GDP; you'd think they'd be more concerned about feeding the people that are starving in their country than launching a satellite to crash in the pacific ocean just to prove they can almost, kind-of, sort-of, maybe-one-day, do the same shit the U.S. and Soviet Union was doing in the 50s and 60s.

It didn't explode. It crashed somewhere in the Pacific, never achieving orbit. I don't believe any debris was ever found.
