I am 63 and had a hysterectomy two years ago. I take black cohosh and blue cohosh and Dr. Christophers Changese herbs.  But I am still emotional and I have gained 30 pounds. I watched your video of fasting on water and plan to do that. But what would you do with no ovaries etc?

@silverose1209 Try looking at "The Zone" by Bary Sears. My friend's girlfriend had PCOS and it went away after she adopted that diet plan. She also lost a significant amount of extra weight, and normalized her insulin levels.
