@bobb22ful Because earlier ukrainians were Cossacks(Kozaks) who wear a tuft as haircut. watch in google ukrainian cossack and look at their haircut. so xoxol means tuft.

Ukrainians call the russians as Kazap. which means like a billy goat. Because they wear goatbeards eralier.
