Contact Improvisation & T'ai-Chi~Gene Burnett

This is a little video "documentary" of sorts comparing and contrasting T'ai-Chi and Contact Improvisation Dance. Talking and explaining are interspersed with demonstrations, mostly of me and a couple of my students (one of whom is my wife Samarra) doing Contact Improvisation. We are far from masters of Contact. The purpose here is to show people who primarily do T'ai-Chi what Contact is like and how the skill sets of T'ai-Chi can be applied to Contact.
