In this part, I show a clip from a meetup event where the Vermont meetup group had Rand Paul give a speech about his father's candidacy for president. The speech concerned our nation's foreign policy and the reality concerning collateral damage. This event took place on October 1st 2007 @ The Firehouse Gallery on Church Street in Burlington, Vermont.
