Well justified. 15000 women suicide pre marital. Why their parents are not put in jail. And 54000 HUSBAND day because of WIFE's torture and why no wife goes to jail.

What is stopping Ranjana Kumari to amend this law to non-cognizabel when 98% of cases are proved as false.

I guess she wants to keep her job at the cost husbands death.
