George Harrison himself once said that if the Beatles had stayed together they would have sounded like the Electric Light Orchestra. Their "Out of the Blue Tour" took ELO, as the band became known, into another dimension altogether. Captured live at London's Wembley Arena in 1978, this space-age show made rock history. "Ole ELO" read the headlines - and with no less than nine Top Thirty hits the music is more than a match for the visuals. Singer-songwriter Jeff Lynne, once of the Move and ELO's, went on to electrify the world with Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, and, yes, George Harrison in The Travelling Wilburys. But Lynne will never surpass this laser-lit feast of stadium rock at it's mind-boggling best.
