1. Not likely to happen, as it requires at least 2/3 of congress (or 2/3 of the states) and 3/4 of the states to agree to this.

2. If things were as bad as he said they were, we'd have Romney as the President, and the Republicans would have control.

3. Calling for a Constitutional Amendment to overturn a Supreme Court ruling is a classic knee-jerk reaction.

I think there is a big difference between a corporation that is working hard and making good chooses making a reasonable profit and the corporations buying the government so they can set up the system in there favor at the expense of everyone else. There is nothing wrong with corporations, but there is something wrong when they have more legal rights then a human being dose. There must be some reasonable middle ground to be found is there not?
