Shimmer is a Gauteng based studio whose emphasis is on the love of the artform. From beginner to professional, everyone is welcome. All dancers are trained to maximise their own abilities whilst having fun in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Both choreographic and free-style techniques are taught, and we dance both traditional and fusion styles.

Shimmer also has a successful professional performance troupe available for solo and group shows and corporate events- In Harem's Way.

On all montages, we leave you the original soundtrack for each clip to truly appreciate the dance asthetic and the audience's interactions.
