Ingreedyents: Italian sourdough kind of bread, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1/2 a purple (red) onion, a few tablespoons of olive oil, some dried or freshly chopped basil, oregano if you feel like it, himalayan salt and pepper if you're anything like rob.
Equipment: Mixing bowl, tablespoon
