No shoot (however it could be made to function but the bullets are the problem).Mine cost me $2,200U.S.D. 20 years ago but it was built by Imperial Russian Armory (or that is what it was called or who imported them) 20 years ago. Last I heard, (20 years ago) the factory or the whole industrial area was surrounded by Soviet Securety. Production had stopped.Don't know if new ones are now made.
