It's been such a long time since I uploaded something on youtube. The last relaxing music, which I unintentionally made out of boredom a year ago, got 100k views. I was really surprised because I didn't expect it to be more than 1k.
Anyways, I ran across an extraordinary music album, and the first thought after I heard it, is to share it with every one on youtube, there will be more coming, but for now...This is for you.

I think this video is ideally suited for deep breathing (that's why I kept emphasizing breathing in the Meditation Guide), which alternatively relaxes you. Please give it a try; at each forte (louder note), take a really deep breathe, and slowly exhale until the next forte. Also, Imagine yourself breathing the cold winter air.

If this still gives you trouble sleeping, put it at the very beginning of the playlist.
