phat as cheese, smelly as a log?

Damn they were great. And damn those were great days!

Dodgy played everywhere and anywhere (converted toilets incl.). Some nights they were phenomenal - simply the best live. Great tunes, great guys, great times. Wore my Dodgy tees with pride. People stopped me in the street to say how much they loved them too. They were true performers - played for the love of music and to get close to their audience. Oh, to have a time machine and get back...:)

There's a mental demo of this on one of the singles. Staying Out '95, I think...

Saw them live in 93 at The Bear (a converted gents toilet) in Aberystwyth with this single when Iwas unfortunately a student there. Saw them again at the Marrs Bar in Worcester. Nige said, 'these are my people'. Didn't stop them playing the worst gig I have ever seen. Ironically, went to some teacher training at North (NBHS) and on the national training vid there wrre the opening chords to 'in a room'!! wists and turns eh?

This sounds so retro...probably if you didn't know the song is from 1993 you'll think is from the 60's...
A little bit like Pop Levy's BLue HOney...

I remember seeing this on MTV and learning this on guitar. Tops.
