My Weight loss Montage from week 0-5 showing the difference in my body each week. Overall I lost 5.5 lbs, 17 beats per minute (heart rate) and 3% body fat.

Although I only lost 5 lbs the results are AMAZING! Can you believe your eyes?

    And on a last note, hunnie, you have to brush up on your spelling and grammar. YOure 16 now. But in 2 years youre going to be 18. Invest the time on the INSIDE first...

  • Just try to do some form of exercise most days of the week. And stop eating white foods: ie sugar, flour, rice etc.

    You'll be fine, at 16 your metabolism is sped up, you just have to be dedicated
