@hunter1801 Let me point out some flaws in your grammar, you grammar Nazi.
"You started a new sentence seeing as how you changed it to "it's"" -> This sentence needs some punctuation between "sentence" and "seeing".
"Saying "...sleep IT'S not good..." make no sense" -> makes!
"If you wanted to correct something in the middle of the previous sentence, you would need "is", quotations and also an ellipsis at the start to indicate you are not starting from the beginning" -> run-on sentence

You started a new sentence seeing as how you changed it to "it's". Saying "...sleep IT'S not good..." make no sense. If you wanted to correct something in the middle of the previous sentence, you would need "is", quotations and also an ellipsis at the start to indicate you are not starting from the beginning. I'll go ahead and do it for you since you seem to be having trouble with it.
