@rockachick909 From a current active duty soldier its definitly worth it. There are times when it will push you to your limits but when you finally do see him again I gurantee that you will feel nothing more amazing than that feeling. I just dropped my girlfriend off at the airport recently after she came to visit me before deployment and she didnt want to go but I know she will be there waiting for when I return.

@RDGcelica1 From a the wife of an active duty soldier (and former soldier myself), I agree. He just came back from our 2nd 12 month deployment since we've been married and I'd do it again if I had to. Theres no feeling worse than saying goodbye but theres nothing better than finally being together again. I consider myself lucky to have waited for him because it really put what is and isn't important in perspective. Thank you for your service and good luck to you and your girlfriend!
