ok i think it's awesome you did and do this but honestly i don't think you have any idea what you're talking about when it comes to how they got water. That site is probably 13 thousand years old, with a completely different climate.

War certainly played a role in the city's demise, but evidence is still lacking. Dr Hansen's team found obsidian blades from Mexico at El Mirador, suggesting that the two cities were engaged in conflict. We will have to wait for more archaeological evidence before we know how war played a role.

Hello Jimmyren123, thanks for watching and for your nice comment. Prices can be as low as $200 USD for a 5-day trip or $500 USD for a longer trip. It depends on how many people travel with you and the quality of the guide and the food. There are many guides in Flores.
