@puketinho It depends how fast you want to rotate the house in this case I suspect a 1/3HP electric motor is used so 250W similar to a small concrete mixer a washing machine or a small water pump.
If you only want to rotate one side in the direction of the sun you can even use a smaller motor as small as 50W or less depending also on the size and weight of the house and how good are the bearings.

its amazing tho, tell me pls, what kind of motor rotates this house, motor should be also huge, and if it needs more power than the house itself? you have a very big ground, this house could also drive arround with a speed of 10 meters a month.
