I have since changed out the spring and did some heavy modding to this truck. It now has a 4 link suspension set-up and I have clicked the trans 90deg. along with some body mods. Out of the box the scx 10 is a more trail worthy r/c but its a cookie cutter to me and I went the Tamiya route for the 3 speed and the body.Check out some of my other videos for the modded version.

I like those springs. Where did you get them & how much?

@atltybo
Do not remember the cost of them, but I got them from RC4WD.com , a little heads up on them, it will take some modifying to fit them to a Highlift and I would recommend the red supersofts from the same site.The Delrin springs were ok with the stock size tires but one broke shortly after I went to a taller 1.5 tire.(Slingers from the same site) anda 55 turn crawler motor.

@dfawfzx FYI,they wont take alot of abuse.I later switched to a 55 turn motor,they didnt last long after that.I guess they coudnt handle the torque.
