This mod is great, with the right people. They have patience, teamspirit (non-egocentrical) and likes to have fun without saying "NOOB" to everyone that haven't played this mod before. They help them instead.

Game is awesome, anyway.
Just if you're watching this and wondering, now we have Epipens instead of the Defibrilator.
And instead of throwing Field Dressings to unstick someone you get a Resuscitation thing.

this is an old version of the mod. the tactics are still relevant. since the offical pr developers endorse this series of videos, I imagine they wont be changing the game in a way that would make this type of gameplay pointless. it was an official pr developer who gave this lesson.
