@joker57082 its been a long time since i played but i remember you could press ''RIGHT'' on the dpad (the X controller you go below the left joy stick) and you control the rest with it. plus of course you gotta be connected to the internet and have a gold membership, if u got both those things, i think that should do it. not a stupid question btw, its a little hidden. hope i helped :)

@giorgakisundercover1 The video was created when the Davis Update was in effect. It broke the police sirens although they were fixed in the Free February Update.
