Child Spirit Crawlspaces as an Adult

This is how I get through both crawlspaces.

The first one is really stupid...seems like half the time I clip and half the time I don't. No idea what causes it and I've messed with it for a long time.

The second one for the hookshot clip: You don't have to buffer to the bomb explosion, it's actually fairly easy to just time it, but I would recommend pausing for the hookshot clip at least.
