Carolina Beach Buskers stopped by Police

Prior to Josh Swing's arrest many other buskers were sent along for playing music. Here are two more Carolina Beach tourists playing the most lovely music. The Carolina Beach Police moved them along without forcing them to the ground and breaking their musical instruments, thankfully.

Carolina Beach Town Council said that only only Jimmy Buffet is allowed to play music on public property without a permit in Carolina Beach, so no life in prison for Justin Bieber, just a few days and a years probation, just like everyone else, except Jimmy Buffet.

No they didn't get a permit. You can't get a permit on the weekends when performers come to busk. That is how carolina beach set it up on purpose. Consider looking up busking on wikipedia, it's very interesting and legal.

It's a good thing Justin Bieber didn't come from Carolina Beach. He would have been serving life in prison.

i don't think cbpd could have been nicer. he explained to them the type of permit they needed to get to perform and told them to have a good weekend. they were also compliant with the officer and respectful. definitely can get more positive results being respectful. being respectful on both sides. it was nice music. i hope they were able to obtain a permit.
